3 Remove the battery and
disconnect the connectors.

Tips
• Insert the Flat-head (–) screwdriver
between the unit and the battery and
remove the lithium-ion battery. When
doing this, be careful not to damage the
lithium-ion battery with the Flat-head (–)
screwdriver.
• When disconnecting the connectors, try
to hold them as close to the base as
possible.
4 Use a piece of adhesive tape to
tape the battery connector to the
side of the battery.

• To avoid short circuit accidents, cover
the entire connector with adhesive tape
and fasten it to the battery's body.

• Please adhere to the points of caution
below, and do your part for recycling.
- Do not remove any of the battery's vinyl
plastic covering.
- Do not cut the battery's wire or
connector.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the
battery.
- If the battery's metallic terminal
becomes exposed, cover it entirely in
electrical insulating tape.
• When disposing of the other parts of the
device, follow all local community rules
and ordinances regarding disposal.
• When disposing of used batteries,
please comply with governmental
regulations or environmental public
institution's rules that apply in your
