Make sure the mobile device is not on
mute and your volume is turned up.
Ensure that the speaker and mobile
device are within 33 feet of each other.
Ensure mobile device is still paired with
your PowerPlay.
Device needs to be charged. Connect
the device to a USB port and the power
adaptor.
