Setting Up an Internet
Service Provider Connection
To configure your Internet device for a local ISP (Internet Ser-
vice Provider), you must enter the following information. You
can obtain this information from your existing ISP:
• Dial-in username
• Dial-in password
• E-mail log-in username
• Local access phone number
• Alt DNS (Domain Name Server)
• POP3 (Post Office Protocol) mail host
• SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server
Notes:
• If you use AOL, you can connect to the home page, but not
to AOL services or e-mail.
