Note that if you change this option while using the S-Video or
COMPONENT video outputs the on-screen display will be lost.
In this case connect the COMPOSITE video output, which is
active irrespective of this setting, or use the Video toggle
configuration option; see To change the video output format,
page 49.
To select the on-screen display
This option allows you to turn on or off the on-screen displays
shown during operation, such as PLAY and PAUSE.
Highlight OSD in the FUNCTION menu, and press ENTER.
The OSD menu is displayed:
Press the < or > to turn the on-screen displays on or off, and
press ENTER.
