    The Harman Kardon MaestroKitchen 100’s controls illuminate behind the glass front panel and are touch-sensitive. Simply touch an illuminated icon to activate the control. Only the controls that are available for the active function will illuminate. The following illustration shows all of the Harman Kardon MaestroKitchen 100’s icons, not all of which will be available at the same time.

    Remote Control Replacing the battery The remote control makes it easy for you to control the Harman Kardon MaestroKitchen 100’s most-used If the remote control begins to lose effectiveness (reduced range, inconsistent operation, etc.), replace the functions from anywhere in your kitchen. The remote control’s button functions duplicate those of the battery with an identical type CR2032 as shown below.

    Touch the Up/Down icons to display the different sources on the Information screen, and touch the OK icon to select the source that is displayed.
