Check syslog of the BOX

System logs saved in the BOX are displayed. However, turning the power of the BOX off and on again deletes
all the contents. When contacting us, please let us know the contents on the log window.
Step 1
Select "1.Status check" on the BOX configuration
page (+ page 17).
→ The setup confirmation window will be displayed. →
Step 2
Select "3.Logs".
→ The log window will be displayed. →
The [reslog] and [syslog] fields are displayed on the
window. Refer to the [syslog] field for system log
check.
Note:
• The available capacity for saving system logs in
the BOX is up to 32 MB. When saved system logs
fully occupy the available capacity, no more sys-
tem log can be saved. The saved system logs are
deleted once a day (at 2:00 a.m.).
