Cause and troubleshooting
Wi-Fi is switched off.
Activating Wi-Fi on the appliance.

Wi-Fi is activated but a connection to your home net-
work cannot be established.
Ensure that the home network is available.

Reconnect the appliance to the home network.

Water inlet hose is not correctly/securely connected.
Connect the water supply hose correctly.

Tighten the screw connection.

The water outlet hose is damaged.

Humidity and detergent residue may promote the
formation of bacteria.

If you are not using the appliance, leave the door
and detergent drawer open so that residual water
can evaporate.
Water droplets from the drum or from the door have
moistened the fabrics. The drops come from either
condensed steam or the residual moisture from the
previous wash programme.
Iron the fabrics or hang them up to dry.
The use of fabric softener is not supported for the se-
lected programme.
Before washing, check whether the use of fabric
softener is supported for the selected programme.
