Transporting the appliance
When flying, you can transport the appliance in your hand
luggage. You should not use the appliance during a flight
Removing the battery
Integrated batteries may only be removed for disposal by
trained staff.

1. Activate the plasma until the battery is fully discharged.
2. Use a screwdriver to remove the locking pin.
3. Prise open the housing shell and remove the battery.
4. To prevent a short circuit, disconnect the battery
connections individually and then isolate the terminals one
after the other.
Note: Even if the battery is fully discharged, it still has a
residual capacity, possibly resulting in leakage in the event of
a short circuit.
Disposing of batteries
Batteries should be recycled in an environmentally friendly
manner. Do not dispose of the batteries in the household
rubbish.

in an environmentally correct manner.
This appliance is labelled in accordance with
European Directive 2012/19/EU concerning
used electrical and elec tronic appliances
(waste electrical and electronic equipment -
WEEE). The guideline determines the
framework for the return and recycling of used
appliances as applicable throughout the EU.
