Review the HPE MSA 1050 User Guide and ensure that all environmental requirements are met, including site wiring and electrical power inputs, ventilation and cooling, and weight considerations. Install the MSA chassis Use the following steps to install your MSA chassis. For more information, see the HPE MSA 1050 User Guide. WARNING: At least two people are needed to lift a fully populated MSA storage enclosure or expansion drive enclosure into the rack.

5. Connect each power supply module in the MSA 1050 array enclosure to the PDUs. 6. Observe the LEDs on the front and the rear of the MSA 1050 and any expansion drive enclosures, and confirm that no LEDs are amber.
