27 Troubleshooting
E720
Cause:
The counter value may not be updated because the laser marking
system was turned off during the marking process.
Remedy:
Check the current value of the counter.
Do not turn off the laser marking system during the marking.
E721
Cause:
The marking data could not be saved correctly because the laser
marking system was turned off during saving.
Remedy:
Check the file and the setting values.
Overwrite the file.
Do not turn off the laser marking system while saving a file.
E750
Cause:
The trigger signal is invalid. The trigger signal was input during trigger
processing.
Remedy:
To input a trigger signal, the marking ready output READY OUT (Y5)
must be ON.
Do not input the trigger signal while the trigger processing output
PROCESSING OUT (Y10) is ON.
Make sure the switch or the sensor connected to TRIGGER IN (X5)
of the TERMINAL connector operates without chattering.
Check the connection of the external devices to the I/O terminals or
the communication port.
E751
Cause:
The trigger signal is invalid. The marking trigger signal is input while the
marking ready output is OFF.
Remedy:
To input a trigger signal, the marking ready output READY OUT (Y5)
must be ON.
Do not input the trigger signal while the trigger processing output
PROCESSING OUT (Y10) is ON.
Make sure the switch or the sensor connected to TRIGGER IN (X5)
of the TERMINAL connector operates without chattering.
Check the connection of the external devices to the I/O terminals or
the communication port.
