Last 5 errors

Use this option to view the details of the last 5 errors
that occurred during vehicle A/C service.
To view the last five errors, select "Last 5 Errors" in the
Service Record menu and press E.

See chapter 5 for the description of the error mes-
sages.
To return to the "Service Record" menu, press c.
To return to the main menu press c thrice.

Vacuum pump oil change

The vacuum pump oil needs to be changed after every 60
hours of operation.
When it is time to change the vacuum
Replace Vacuum Pump Oil
pump oil, the message
displayed on the screen.

Use vacuum pump oil specified by Bosch (part number
F 002 DG6 401).
i
After every 48 hours of operation, a buzz is heard when
the ACS 651/751 is started. This indicates that the
vacuum pump oil needs to be refilled.
1. Turn off the master switch.
2. Disconnect the power cable from the mains supply.
3. Disconnect the power cable from the power inlet
(Fig. 2, Pos. 6).
4. Open the knob screws of the service hatch on the left
panel. Remove the service hatch.
Warning - risk of burns!
The hot surface of the vacuum pump can
cause severe burns to the hands.
Allow the vacuum pump to cool before
commencing maintenance work.
5. Open the front service hatch.
6. Detach the fresh oil and used oil bottles (see chap-
ter 3.4.8, fig. 10 and 1).
