* Tighten the Earth screw with a torque of M5: 1.8 to 2.0 N · m.
* Tighten the terminal block screw with a torque of M4: 1.8 to 2.0 N · m.
* Tighten the terminal screw cover fixing screw with torque of M3: 0.19 to 0.21 N · m.
* The screws may be damaged if the tightening torque has exceeded the maximum value.
