Speed function mode

Switching the oven on

Touch the power button for
3 seconds if the oven is in
the power save mode.
Select the Speed function
mode with the Function dial,
and then the Adjustment
dial will flash.

Confirm by pressing the OK
button. You can then select
the desired cooking
temperature by turning the
Adjustment dial.

Select "Speed roast" or
"Speed grill", using the
Adjustment dial.

Press the OK button to
confirm the entry.
Note : In speed roast
function, the convection fan
will not operate until the
oven has heated up and will
then cycle on and off. The
convection fan will not
operate in speed grill
function.
