Maintenance Procedure
• Check cable adjustments
• Torque wheel lug nuts
• Replace transaxle filter
• Replace the engine oil and filter.
• Check the battery fluid level.
• Check the battery cable connections.
• Service the air cleaner.
• Lubricate all grease fittings
• Inspect condition and wear of tires
• Check front differential oil level (4WD)
• Inspect cooling system hoses
• Check governor oil level
• Replace engine oil and filter
• Check cable adjustments
• Check alternator and fan belt tension
• Change air cleaner filter
• Check front axle CV boot joint (4WD)
• Inspect condition and wear of tires
• Check engine RPM (idle and full throttle)
• Inspect service and parking brakes
• Torque wheel lug nuts
• Check brake pedal adjustment
• Check front wheel alignment
• Inspect brake shoes
• Inspect fuel lines
• Replace fuel filter
• Adjust valves
• Replace spark plugs
• Replace transaxle filter
• Change transaxle oil
• Clean transaxle strainer
• Pack front wheel bearings
• Change front differential oil (4WD)
• Coolant System – flush/replace fluid
• Change brake fluid
