LIMITED WARRANTY:
This battery charger is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against defects
in materials and workmanship. If the charger develops such a defect during the warranty
period it will be repaired or replaced at manufacturer's option. This warranty does not cover
damage caused by misuse and everyday wear and tear. Defective chargers should
be returned to the dealer from which they were bought.
Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for any of the following: loss or dam-
age to personal property; any damage caused to the charger by repair attempts not author-
ized by manufacturer; any other incidental or consequential damages caused by
the user or improper use of this product.
