Important information

To operate the telephone system only use the tiptel AC adapter type PS2 Art.-Article. 4569204.
In case of trouble, disconnect the AC adapter and telephone plug. The telephone can be direc-
tly connected to the telephone wall socket to make calls. The telephone system can only be
repaired by an authorised Tiptel technican. The guarantee is no longer valid once an unauthori-
sed repair has been made.
The telephone system may not be used in the following environment:
- in humid or moist rooms
- in direct sunlight

- at temperatures more than 40 C and less than 0 C
- where strong shakings or vibrations might occor
- in a dusty environment
- in rooms with danger of explosions.
During power failures the telephone system does not work. In this case, extension 1 is connec-
ted directly to CO line 1 and extension 2 to CO line 2.
Please ensure cables are laid safely.
Avoid folding, pulling, and pressing of cables.

Cleaning and maintenance

The telephone system needs little maintenance. The housing surface should only be cleaned
with a soft moist cloth.
Avoid powdery or abrasive detergents.
