Trouble Shooting
Description of Problem
- You do not receive external
calls

Possible Cause
- See receiving no internal
calls
- The CO line is not connec-
ted
- Faulty CO line?
- Access to CO line is Off

Possible Solutions
- Solutions as suggested for
receiving no internal calls
- Plug the telephone plug into
the telephone wall socket (?)
- Plug a telephone directly
into the telephone wall
socket to test the CO line
- Unplug the AC adapter and
pick up the handset from
extension 1. If you hear a
CO line dial tone then the
CO line and the connection
are in order.
- Switch access to the CO line
