Fax function (for tiptel 1/8 fax clip only)
Fax function activated
1. Pick up the handset of extension 1
or 2.
2. Dial the code number 92 .
3. Replace the handset.
Fax function deactivated
1. Pick up the handset.
2. Dial the code number 93 .
3. Replace the handset.
Only applicable for Switzerland
Note: As an extra security measure it is necassary to enter the programming mode first.
Instead of dialling 92 or 93 directly, exclusively the handset of extension 1 has to be
used. On the first place dial 19999 and then 92 or 93 .
You hear the telephone system's dial tone.
You hear the confirmation signal.
The fax function is on.
You hear the telephone system's dial tone.
