Internal calls

Internal dialling

1. Pick up the handset.
2. Dial the internal number, for exam-
ple 24 .
3. The conversation can begin when
the selected phone is picked up.
4. End conversation and replace the
handset.
Incoming calls
1. Pick up the handset.
2. Hold conversation.
3. End conversation and replace the
handset.

Call retrieval

You hear another extension ringing and wish to retrieve the call on your extension.
1. Pick up the handset.
2. Dial the program code number 70 .
You hear the telephone system's dial tone.
The selected telephone rings.
You hear a ringing tone.
If the handset of the selected extension is
off the hook, you will hear a busy tone.
Continue with point 4.
The extension rings with the internal call
ring.
The call is retrieved.
The connection with the caller is establis-
hed.
