speakers for a week or more, or
if you will be using only AC or
vehicle battery power, remove
the batteries from each speaker.

or distorts, or the power

Thank you for purchasing a RadioShack 2-Way Portable
Amplified Speaker System. Your speakers are specially
designed for use with computer multimedia systems. The
speakers' magnetic shielding allows you to place them next
to your PC's monitor without causing picture distortion.
The speakers also transform your portable CD, MP3,
personal cassette player, or radio into a complete music
system. The speakers are compatible with any audio source

that has a / -inch stereo headphone or line-out jack.

You can power your speakers from internal batteries,
standard AC power, or vehicle battery power.

You can power the speakers with eight C batteries (four in
each speaker, not supplied). For the best performance and
longest life, we recommend RadioShack alkaline batteries.
1. Press the tab on each speaker's battery compartment
cover, then remove the cover.
