Speaker Placement Color-Coding System The HKS 3 and the HKTS 7 use the channel color-coding system established by the Con- sumer Electronics Association to make setting up your home theater speaker system as easy as possible. Your system includes a set of colored stickers that may be placed near the speaker ter- minals of each of the satellite speakers. -

Mounting Options Wall-Mounting Unscrew the bolt that attaches the black shelf stand to the bottom of the speaker. Store the stand and bolt in a safe place in case they are needed for a future installation. Remove Stand 15mm or 1/2" Wall Plate Mount the wall-bracket attachment plate on the wall in the desired location. -

Front-, Surround- or Surround Back-Channel Receiver/Amplifier Output 6 SPEAKER CONNECTIONS Although the HKS 3 speakers may be placed in the front, side surround or surround back posi- tions, the speaker wires provided with the sys- tem have been color-coded brown for the sur- round back left speaker and tan for the surround back right speaker. -
