Possible cause
The chopper lid is not correctly fastened.
The mixing foot/traditional whisk* is not
correctly assembled.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Deckel
und die Zerkleinerungsbehälter richtig
zusammengesetzt sind.
Vergewissern Sie sich dass der Mixfuß/
Schneebesen* einrastet.

Solution
Make sure the lid and the chopper bowl are
properly assembled.
Make sure to lock mixing foot/traditional
whisk* into position.
