The DVD player is designed and manufactured
for playback of region "5" encoded DVD
software. This unit can play only DVD discs
labelled "5" or "All".

number must match your unit's regional code or
the disc cannot play.
• If you try to play a DVD with a different regional
code from your player, the message "Check

Initial Settings
By using the Setup menu, you can make various
adjustments to items such as picture and sound.
You can also set a language for the subtitles and
the Setup menu, among other things. For details
on each Setup menu item, see the pages 11 to 13.

of SETUP will take you back to initial screen.

Connect one of the unit's DIGITAL AUDIO

The Display Mode setting works only when the TV
