Take time to familiarize yourself with the use and maintenance of this equipment before using. Please file
this Instruction Sheet in an accessible location. The Instruction Sheet must be read and familiar to anyone
who is using Southpaw Enterprises Equipment.

REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES
IMPROPER USE OF THIS EQUIPMENT CAN LEAD TO INJURY OR DEATH
THE SENSORY LOUNGER PROVIDES DEEP TOUCH PRESSURE TO A PERSON – THE OCCUPANT - WHO LAYS
OR SITS BETWEEN TWO INFLATABLE AIR TUBES.
THE SENSORY LOUNGER MUST ONLY BE USED IN THE PRESENCE OF A RESPONSIBLE ADULT – THE OPERA-
TOR - WHO OPERATES THE CONTROLS AND SUPERVISES THE OCCUPANT.
THE OPERATOR MUST NEVER LEAVE THE OCCUPANT UNACCOMPANIED WHILE THEY ARE USING THE
SENSORY LOUNGER.
THE OCCUPANT'S HEAD MUST ALWAYS BE ABOVE THE AIR TUBES.
THE OPERATOR MUST TAKE EXTRA CARE IN POSITIONING CHILDREN IN THE SENSORY LOUNGER AND
NEVER LET THE HEAD OF A CHILD SLIP BETWEEN THE AIR TUBES.
MAX WORKING LOAD IS 250 LBS.
MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST:
All of the following wear points should be checked prior to use.
*Check vinyl and lycra covers for loose stitches, rips or tears. If these are found, discontinue use until repaired.
*Check wood parts for splinters. If these are found, sand smooth and finish with clear lacquer.
STORAGE PROCEDURES: store where not accessible by clients without proper supervision.
LYCRA COVER CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Unzip cover, hand wash and hang to dry.
WOOD/VINYL CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Wipe with a damp cloth using soap and water or disinfectant.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Under no conditions should this equipment be used without proper supervision. Under no conditions should this
equipment be used by anybody not familiar with this Instruction Sheet.
Store these instructions along with the enclosed maintenance checklist in
a safe place. You may also access them on our website.

- Page 2 OPERATING THE SENSORY LOUNGER The main parts of the Sensory Lounger are shown in figures 1 and 2: Figure 1: Sensory Lounger Figure 2: Control Box OPERATOR AND OCCUPANT The Sensory Lounger is NOT designed for solo use. Two people, the operator and the occupant, are present during regular use of the Sensory Lounger.

Southpaw equipment is not intended for recreational or outdoor use. Under no condition should this equipment be used without proper supervision.
