- Page 2 Step 1: Turn off the power feeding your existing controller at the breaker box. Step 2: Unscrew four plastic corner screws off the front of the controller Step 3: Unplug and label the output ribbon cable, 24v wire, and common wire Step 4: Now that the old top lid is uninstalled, we can install the new lid assembly Step 5: At this point install the CH add on board attached to your new lid assembly into the relay board in the bottom of the enclosure.
