Trouble shoo ng guide;
1. When I turn on the gas I hear the gas coming out, but when I pull the trigger it
won't light.

I f you have propane and it's connected properly, then the Gas Valve is
probably turned on too high for it to light. Just barely turn on the torch
(almost off) and pull and release the trigger to light. Then adjust the fuel
up to a higher output
2. When I have the gas hooked up and I turn on the knob or pull the Handle Trigger,
barely any gas comes out of the Fire Bell.

The built-in safety check valve has probably closed off the fuel flow be-
cause more than likely you have had it lted so that liquid propane is try-
ing to flow out of the bo le or hose into the torch (Read carefully about
the check valve on page 16 "Safety Features and Tips"). Hold the GrillGun
and the propane bo le upright and ver cal when connec ng to propane
and opera ng the GrillGun. (Do not allow liquid propane to enter the
GrillGun or the check valve will shut it off.)

Your propane tank might be out of fuel - Shake the bo le to see if any
liquid sloshes about inside.

The gas output orifice may be clogged and need to be cleaned or replaced.
This will happen if the gas input connector is either allowed to get dirty, or
from dirty propane.
3. When I turn the knob off (clockwise), the gas doesn't shut off and keeps coming
out of the Fire Bell. I have to disconnect the propane bo le/hose to get it to stop.

C heck to see if the Handle Trigger is stuck in the open posi on. (It should
be fully forward and locked closed with the Handle Trigger Lock.

The valves may have go en dirty or damaged by debris, so that they will
not fully close when turned off. If this is the problem, it will require clean-
ing and possible internal valve part replacement. This is not a user-
serviceable type of repair so you will need to send your GrillGun to an
authorized service technician for cleaning or valve parts replacement.
Service
Always take care to keep dirt and debris from entering your GrillGun as the Gas
Valves and orifices are ghtly toleranced and require a clean propane vapor system.
Ge ng impuri es in the system, either from a dirty propane source or by allowing
dirt or debris directly into the Gas Connector may render the GrillGun inoperable
and require it to be serviced.
