Propane cylinders incorporate special components such as valves, con-
nectors, and other parts to keep them safe for use with grills and other
propane appliances. Damage to any component can cause a gas leak.
DON'T RISK IT! Take your cylinder to a qualified propane service techni-
cian for assistance.

Always wear eye protec on such as safety googles or glasses which
meet ANSI Z87.1.
To protect yourself against poten al burn, you would need to wear
heavy gloves, leather shoes, and heavy co on clothing treated to be fire
retardant. You would not wear shorts or loose clothing.
