Assembly Instructions for Kobe,
Wooden Beds Without Headboards
Items included in bed flat pack are:
2 x large beams (these are the leg panels)
2 x long slim side rails
1 x slightly shorter centre rail (not included if you have ordered a single bed)
1 x shallow L shape foot-end panel
1 x headboard-end wide slat
1 x set of sprung beech slats
1 x set of double sprung beech slats and sliders
1 x set of plastic end caps (2 per slat)
1 x rubberised non slip mat
Fixings: 6x long bronze bolts with a hexagon key
4x brass screws and washers
The only additional tool you will require is a Philips-head screwdriver.
NB: All timber pieces have numbers pressed into the timber where they are fixed
together.
1. Lay the large beams upright on the floor.
2. Place the long side rails across the beams ensuring that the numbers next to
the holes in the beams match those stamped into the underside of the side
rails. Using the long bronze bolts attach the side rails to the foot beams as
shown below:
