Assembly Instructions
Before you begin, please make sure all parts and proper quantities are included. (See Part Identifier Key) Any parts damaged during shipment must be reported
within 24 hours of receipt. To report information regarding damages or if you have any questions, please call 800.242.2303.

• #2 square drive screw driver OR
• #2 square bit
• Screw gun
• 4mm Allen wrench OR
• 4mm Hex bit
Step 1:
• Place top face down on a protected flat surface.
Step 2:
• Locate one of the laminate legs. Align the pre-drilled pilot
holes on the leg with the pre-drilled holes on the top.
• Using a #2 square drive screw driver or a #2 square bit,
secure leg to top with angle brackets and #10 x 3/4" square
pan screws.
• DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN until
Step 3:
• Align threaded inserts in the modesty panel with the pre-
drilled pilot holes in the leg.
• Using a 4mm Allen wrench or 4mm Hex bit and a screw
gun, secure modesty panel to leg with 1/4-20x2.359" joint
connector bolts.
• Use 4 bolts total to connect panel to leg.
• DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN until
Step 4:
• With modesty panel in place, use a #2 square drive screw
driver or a #2 square bit and secure modesty panel to top
with angle brackets and #10 x 3/4" square pan screws.
• DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN until
Step 5:
Steps 2-4
• Repeat with the second leg.
Step 6:
• Fully tighten legs and modesty panel fasteners.
Step 7:
• Place base leveler M10 into the hole on the bottom of one
of the legs. Rotate clockwise until fully inserted into the
leg. Repeat this for the remaining 3 levelers.
Step 8:
• With someone's help, turn table upright.
