Instructions for use
1. Choose the suitable shape of staple and place it into the electrodes (see list of staples on next page).
2. Insert the staple into the electrodes, in the angle that most suits the application (0°, 45° or 90°).
3. Once the staple is inserted into the electrode, position the staple against the area to be repaired.
4. Push the red or blue button and exert a slight pressure in order to let the staple slowly penetrate into the
plastic part. The colour of the button determines the power to use according to the thickness and the type of
plastic material:
5. Release the button and wait 3 seconds before withdrawing the KENT Mini Stapler, in order to allow the
melted plastic to harden.
6. Repeat the operation in all necessary areas until the repair is complete.
7. Cut off the excess parts of the staples with cutting pliers (protect your eyes against flying parts).

To reach a maximum lifetime of the battery-pack of the KENT Mini
Stapler, we recommend always storing the power unit fully charged.
Blue (low power, 12.75W): plastic with 1.5 to 2 mm thickness
Red (high power, 17W): hard plastics with thickness over 2 mm
