ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR
Mars LED Torchiere
Model# 5135-22
1. Please remove the six cord covers (B) and discard.
2. Screw pole (D) clockwise onto base (C) until tight
and screw pole (D), (E), (F),(G),(H) and shade holder
(I) together. You may need to pull any excess cord
gently through the poles so that these two parts fit.
3. Insert the shade (J) to shade holder (I)
4. Insert the adaptor (M) into power cord (L).

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
