3. Control Panel The internal temperature of the freezers is controlled by adjusting the thermostats. To decrease the temperature, turn the thermostat knob clockwise, and Anti-Clockwise to increase. It is recommended that you set the thermostat knob to the middle position where the ambient temperature is between 20 - 25˚C. -

4. Using The Freezer Upon connecting the freezer to the power supply, turn the quick freeze button on. The orange light will show. Keep the lid closed and DO NOT LOAD FREEZER! leave the freezer in this state for at least 24 hours. Do not forget to turn the quick freeze button off. -

Maintenance Before performing any maintenance tasks, always ensure the unit is • disconnected from the power supply Ensure the unit is properly cleaned after defrosting • Never use abrasive materials or detergents when cleaning.
