Using the Product
Perform the following steps to charge your interface in the charge station:
1. Connect the power cable to the charge station and to an outlet.
2. Place the LabQuest interface in the slot so that its AC power port is easily
accessible.
3. Remove the charge station connector cord from its storage hole and attach the connector to the AC port on the LabQuest interface.
Precautions and Operational Tips

You can charge LabQuest interfaces for any amount of time, even for a few minutes between classes.

The charge station is not water resistant and should not be exposed to a wet environment.

LabQuest interfaces can be stored in the charger with the charge station connected to AC. LabQuest batteries cannot be overcharged.

When not using a charging slot, place the connector cord in the storage hole. This protects the cord from damage.
Troubleshooting
The LabQuest interface charges with its individual AC adapter but not with the charge station.

Make sure the charge station is connected to a working AC outlet.

Attach the charge station connector to a LabQuest interface and verify that the unit is charging. For an original LabQuest,
LabQuest 2, or LabQuest 3, you need to power the unit on and check the battery status icon.

for repair. At that time, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and instructions will be communicated on how
to return the unit for repair.
