Detailed Procedure to Copy the TV's Data to a USB Drive (1 of 2)
Create a startup file on a USB Drive for ―A‖ board replacement or hotel data:
1. Connect a blank USB Drive to your PC.
Click on the drive designated for the USB Drive, if it doesn't

open automatically.
Right-click on the USB Drive window and point to ―New‖.

Then click ―Text document‖.

A new file named ―New Text Document.txt‖ is created.

6. Right-click the new text document that you just created and
select ―Rename‖.
Then change the name and extension of the ―New Text

Document.txt‖ file to
• ―boardreplace.pwd‖
• ―hotel.pwd‖
then click "yes" when the rename screen appears.
Note: The file's icon changes.
The USB Drive is now ready to be used to obtain data from the TV.
