The recorded video/audio is stored in the TV's memory.

Auto Popup
The built-in camera will pop up when the application is activated
Do not pull the built-in camera up by hand.
Close Manually
Close manually by pushing down on top of the camera.
Camera application is not available when the camera is closed.
