The Visa ® Smart Breakthrough Program is designed to simplify the EMV migration
process for Visa issuers and to improve the business case for chip migration. Datacard now
offers turnkey card personalization solutions as part of this Visa program which includes
everything you need to personalize Visa
software to a complete package of professional services.
A fully integrated EMV solution
Datacard offers two standard Visa
includes a smart card module upgrade for existing Datacard
issuance systems (up to 1,000 smart cards per hour). A low-volume solution includes a
new Datacard ® 280P card personalization system (approximately 500 smart cards per day).
High-volume issuance solution:
• Datacard ® 9000 or 7000 Series 3-station smart card module (upgrade)
