Handling CIP cleaning completely cleans the Simplex 400 and 450. The Simplex 450 has the advantage that it can be cleaned and sterilized through the cleaning input before sampling. After each sample the Simplex 450 should be cleaned, then close the output and fill the sampler with alcohol through the cleaning input, then close the cleaning input.
