Ocean Guardian On/Off Replacement Switch
1
STEP
Please ensure your Ocean Guardian is clean and dry, and you have
a clean dry work space. You will need a medium size Philips head
screw driver and an Ocean Guardian On/Off Switch Replacement
Kit as shown.
2
STEP
Using the Philips screw driver, remove the old On/Off switch by
turning the screw counter clockwise. The switch will come
straight off after a few turns leaving only the old O-ring on the
Ocean Guardian unit. Using a sharp object, gently remove this
old O-ring. Dispose of the old switch and O-rings, do not re-use
any old components.
3
STEP
If necessary, clean any residual rust from the old switch. Do not use
any harsh chemicals; any residual can be removed using a damp
sponge with water. Thoroughly dry the unit when finished.
4
STEP
Insert the new large O-ring into the Ocean Guardian unit, as
shown.
