1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this equipment.

Familiarise yourself with the application and limitations of the jack, as well as the potential hazards.

Maintain the jack in good condition (use an authorised service agent).

Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Non-authorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.

Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.

WARNING! Use the jack only on level and firm surfaces. Be aware that the jack may sink into soft surfaces.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.

Ensure the jack is correctly positioned beneath the vehicle before operating.

WARNING! Ensure correct air pressure is maintained. DO NOT exceed the recommended maximum working pressure of 10 bar.

Keep air hose away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Check air hose for wear before each use, and ensure that all connections are secure.

DO NOT place air line or attachments close to your face and do not point at other persons or animals.

DO NOT use the jack for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.

DO NOT operate the jack if any parts are damaged or missing as this may cause failure and/or personal injury.

DO NOT exceed the rated capacity of the jack.

DO NOT adjust or tamper with the safety valve.

DO NOT carry the jack by the hose, or pull the hose from the air supply sharply.

DO NOT allow untrained persons to operate the jack.
7
DO NOT operate the jack when you are tired, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.

DO NOT leave the jack as sole support for the vehicle.

WARNING! Disconnect the jack from the air supply before performing any maintenance.

When not in use disconnect from the air supply and store in a safe, dry, childproof area.

s DANGER! DO NOT use the jack to support the vehicle. After jacking always support vehicle on suitable axle stands before starting work.
2. INTRODUCTION
Available in 2 designs, one with a 667mm long handle and wheels for use in the garage workshop or mobile mechanics, the other is supplied with
2 "D" handles suitable for use on a car lift or by mobile mechanics. Lightweight with a low entry height of 135mm lifting to a maximum of 450mm
in only 25 seconds. Robust high resistant diaphragm for durability, internal military gauge steel telescopic interlocking core, overload safety valve
and air vacuum valve for rapid lowering. Suitable for use in high risk environments such as mining or the petroleum industries.
