CARE AND MAINTENANCE FOR ALL CAMBAR MODELS
Congratulations on the purchase of your new Cambro Cambar! Although the bar is designed to be weather - proof,
please avoid exposing the bar to direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time and avoid placing it in situations
where it can absorb the high intensity sunlight reflected from glass or other mirrored surfaces. Avoid situations
where temperatures may exceed 200˚F as this may cause damage to your bar.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
For all body parts such as the main body section, front body panel section, speed rail,
waste water bin and fresh water tank:
• Clean with a soft cloth, plastic or bristle brush and warm soapy water or a mild commercial detergent. Sanitizing solutions are also recommended.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water. If staining occurs use a standard de-stainer such as Dip It Cleaner.
®
• All parts can also be steam cleaned.
WARNING!
Never use a metal brush, abrasive cleaners or pads.
To remove any lingering scents and stains:
Use an odor removing soak or sanitizer to remove scents and stains that can occur from holding products with strong odors.
• A diluted solution of 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda per gallon of hot tap water or 1 part lemon juice or vinegar to 4 parts hot water is also an
effective way to remove lingering odors.
• Rinse thoroughly with hot water and let air dry or wipe down with a soft cloth.
To maintain a shiny finish to the granite style counter tops
of the designer series:
It is recommended to use Gel-Gloss cleaner
®
and polish, following the instructions on the
back of the container.
