Pressure Mat

Operation
1. Place the pressure mat under your door mat or the place you wish to alarm.
2. Screw the bracket securely to the wall or door frame. Make sure that you have enough cable
to reach the distance.
3. Place the alarm unit onto the bracket and connect the cable on the left side of the unit.
The device is now ready for use.
4. To activate the doorbell signal set the control to CHIME. The chime and a flashing light will activate
whenever anyone steps on the mat.
5. By setting the control to ALARM the 130 dB alarm and flashing light activate whenever anyone steps
onto the mat. The alarm sounds for approx. 20 seconds, after which it shuts off and automatically resets.
6. To manually turn off the alarm or chime, set the control to OFF.
Battery
• Make sure the pressure mat is turned off and remove the cable from the alarm unit before
changing the battery.
• To remove the cover, loosen the two screws on the back panel and press in the locking tabs.
• Insert a 9 V battery (6LR61) check that the polarity corresponds with the markings inside
the battery compartment.
• Replace the cover and reconnect the unit.

Prolonged exposure to the high decibel alarm can damage your hearing.
