Stand alone system to expand ONYX.CENTER
Introduction
In these instructions we explain you, how you can expand an existing ONYX
ONYX.CENTER (Smart Home Control). The following step-by-step instructions exactly describe this
precedure.
Preparation
For the setup of ONYX.CENTER, the QR code list of all control devices / wind sensors is required.
This list was included in the delivery.
Before a setup of the ONYX.CENTER is possible, the connection between the control devices/ (if
available) the weather sensor and the hand-held radio transmitter ONYX.CLICK must be
disconnected. The easiest way to do this is a short voltage interruption
weather sensor.

Setting up of a connection to the corresponding hand-held transmitter via the ONYX
(see operating instructions ONYX.CLICK)
Delete all devices under "Configure devices" For this purposes, the "Pencil symbol" is

selected for each device, and the device is then deleted under "Advanced settings".
It is important, that all control devices/ weather sensors, which you want to control
later via ONYX.CENTER, are deleted from the corresponding hand-held transmitters.
Interrupt the connection to the hand-held transmitter. ("Done"/ "Complete")

Configuration
Now the ONYX.CENTER must be setup and configured as given in the operating instructions
enclosed. As soon as a connection between ONYX.CENTER and the ONYX
system can be setup as follows:

Under consideration of the operating instructions enclosed, all control devices and weather
sensors are scanned in ONYX.CENTER, in the ONYX
list is required!

Now the hand-held radio transmitter ONYX.CLICK is scanned. In order to do this the
connection to ONYX.CENTER in the ONYX
on the "+" symbol ("Scan device"), the QR code provided at the back side of the
ONYX.CLICK, can be scanned. Attention: Ensure that the configuration mode is
activated!

The two buttons (groups and heart) provided at the hand-held radio transmitter must now be
pressed simultaneously for 3 seconds. (Connection is set up/ an update may be installed)

Due to the fact that the hand-held radio transmitter ONYX.CLICK was previously connected
with control devices, the menu item "Overwrite configuration" must now be selected.

Now a new name for the hand-held radio transmitter can be created. The configuration is
continued under the menu item "Advanced settings".

Now the 5 groups are displayed. By tapping on the respective group, all control devices, which
previously were connected with ONYX.CENTER, can now be assigned to the group.
The settings are saved with "Done"/ "Complete".
