MagnaFuel Outlaw Series Installation And Operating Instructions

Introduction:
The accompanying MagnaFuel fuel pump is designed for vehicles NOT subject to emission
controls. The Outlaw belt drive pumps are precision assemblies designed for maximum
performance. The following instruction should be followed carefully.
Description of Operation:
This pump, like most MagnaFuel pumps, is compatible with all racing gasolines and alcohol fuels.
Installation:
We suggest installing Outlaw and Pro Outlaw belt driven pumps like one of the plumbing diagrams
below. The pump can be driven by belt/pulley, camshaft or oil pump. Recommended drive speed is
50% of crankshaft rpm. All MagnaFuel belt driven pumps must be mounted below fuel level and a
front mounted fuel cell or surge tank. The drive on all Outlaw series pumps is a 3/8" Hex. Outlaw
series pumps include a mounting flange with a standard three bolt Enderle pattern. This flange
allows the pump head to rotate 360 degrees for ease of installation. The inlet marked on the cap is
based on a clockwise rotation as seen from the front of the vehicle. We suggest using our flow
radiused fitting in all of our products, port size on the OutLaw series pumps is -10 ORB.
