Limited Warranty Unless otherwise provided in a warranty for the specific product purchased, Seller hereby warrants that all goods purchased hereunder shall be free from material defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment to Buyer. The foregoing warranty shall not be valid if the product or component parts have been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair or installation.
