Introduction General Description The VQ2020 Q-bot is a portable hand-held device that is your interface to the Lo-Q VQ2020 Virtual Queuing System. It communicates with the main server computer and other Q-bots using the 2.4GHz unlicensed ISM radio band or via an Infrared link. -

VQ2020 Q-bot Version: 1.0 Product Manual Date: 29/06/07 Basic Operation Overview The Q-bot is a very simple device to use, you navigate around the menus using the two front panel push buttons. The left push button allows scrolling up and down through the current menu. The right push button either selects the menu option or returns you to the previous menu. -
