    If Kram Telecom A/S receives, during the applicable warranty period, a valid notice of a defect in any product which is covered by Charge-Pit's warranty, Kram Telecom A/S will, at Kram Telecom A/S´s option, within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect (a) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (b) replace the product or (c) refund the purchase price of the product.
