CONTROL SUMMARY
READ BUTTON-Used to read messages in memory.
FUNCTION BUTTON-Used to select the ADVISOR's
special function menu. When pressed and held for one
second, the backlight turns on.
ON/RESET BUTTON-Used to turn the ADVISOR "on,"
as well as reset the unit when it is paged.
LAMP-Flashes to give a visual indication when a mes-
sage is received.

DIRECTIONAL CONTROL BUTTONS- These buttons
have several functions:

LEFT and RIGHT BUTTONS-
Used to move the
cursor through the status screen or to preview the first
screen of each message in memory. Also used to
move between various menu functions.

UP and DOWN BUTTONS-
Used to scroll the mes-
sage display forward or back, one line at a time. Also
used to move the cursor between the first and second
lines of the message status screen.
