    Learning Your New Tablet Moving an App or Widget to the Home Screen Tap and hold, and then drag an App or Widget to the Home screen, new Home screen or the Home screen’s side bar. This will not remove the App from the Apps screen, it will just add a Quick link from the Home screen.

    Learning Your New Tablet Screen Orientation The screen can be viewed in either portrait or landscape orientation. For most screens, simply rotate the Tablet to automatically change the screen orientation. Some applications and screens are limited to either portrait or landscape orientation.

    Getting Started Charging the Tablet/Using with the AC Adapter A battery icon will appear at the top right of the screen to indicate the battery remaining.     Getting Started Turning the Tablet Off or into Sleep Mode When in the On mode, press and hold the POWER button until the Pop-up Menu appears. Select POWER OFF to turn the unit completely off. You can also press and release the POWER button to put the unit to Sleep mode where it will not be turned off but the screen will be off to save battery power.
