guarantee this water heater as suitable
for purpose except within the terms of
warranty detailed above.

will not be liable by virtue of this
guarantee or otherwise for damage to
any persons or property when arising out
of contracts or tort.
The terms of this guarantee do not
effect your statutory rights under United
Kingdom Consumer Legislation.
