Aninternal thermal protector hasbeen designed intoyour c leaner toprotect itfrom
overheating.
When t hethermal protector activates, thecleaner willstop running. If
thishappens, proceed asfollows:
1. Turn thecleaner OFF anddisconnect itfromtheelectrical outlet.
2. Check P rimary Filter, HEPA Filter, and Umbrella Tube f ordirtaccumulation.
3. Refer to"Troubleshooting"
section.
4. When c leaner isunplugged
andthemotor cools f or30minutes, the thermal
protector automatically
resets a nd cleaning m ay continue.
If thethermal protector continues toactivate a fter f ollowing t heabove s teps, your
cleaner may need servicing (see "Service" section).

TO REDUCE THE RISKOF DAMAGE:

Avoidpicking up hard, sharp objects with this product, as they may cause damage.

Store in a dry place. Do not expose machine to freezing temperatures.

Do not use sharp objects to clean out hose as they can cause damage.
WARNING:

To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade
is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the
plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrican to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.
